I enjoy it from time to time; gotta be in the mood. My stepmom only listens to that, so if she were in the car when going somewhere, we had to listen to it; otherwise, dad always had rock of some sorts on.


Those ones there, they're some of the better artists. If you can find any, listen to stuff from 10-15 yrs ago, it's better. Alot of the country now is actually slightly tainted with too much pop overtones and undertones.

Yer the people I mentioned I can tell the pop that intertwines in it. I don't know many artists of country 10-15 years ago. Only Dolly Parton.

Dolly Parton.... You just made me feel old with that one! Honey, she's more like 20-30 yrs ago! She was old when I was your age just 10 yrs ago. Most of the ones you mentioned above were doing music 10 yrs ago. Garth Brooks, Brooks&Dunn, Reba, Tricia Yearwood, Shania Twain, etc.... Give me some time and I can come up with a list for you. It's been so damned long since I've paid attention to the country music scene, I gotta sit and remember all the names.
